Initiate Your Request
Log into your Wheelseye account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a unique return ID.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
